1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all projects and engagements between Wasaz Media and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.


2. Services

Wasaz Media provides done-for-you video guide production services including but not limited to software walkthrough videos, onboarding guides, employee training videos, customer-facing tutorial libraries, and conversion of paper or PDF manuals into video format. The specific scope of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.


3. Project Process

Our standard project flow is as follows:

  • Discovery — we review your software, workflows, and requirements

  • Script & Planning — we prepare scripts and a production plan for your approval

  • Production — screen recording, voiceover, editing, branding, and annotations

  • Draft Delivery — draft videos are shared for your review and feedback

  • Revisions — agreed revisions are incorporated

  • Final Delivery — final videos are delivered upon receipt of remaining payment


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project fee is required before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial discovery and scripting work.

4.2 Final Payment

The remaining 75% of the total project fee is due once draft videos have been shared and approved by the client. Final video files will only be released upon confirmation of full payment.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via the following methods:

  • Payoneer

  • Bank Transfer to our US bank account

  • Western Union

Payment details will be provided in your project invoice.

4.4 Late Payment

If final payment is not received within 7 days of invoice, Wasaz Media reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is settled.


5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in your project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance. Revision requests must be submitted in writing with clear, consolidated feedback.


6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide access to relevant software, tools, and materials in a timely manner

  • Supply brand assets including logos, colour codes, and fonts where required

  • Review drafts and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe

  • Ensure a designated point of contact is available throughout the project

Delays caused by the client — including late feedback, missing assets, or lack of access — may result in project timeline extensions and are not the responsibility of Wasaz Media.


7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered video files. Wasaz Media retains no rights to the final videos after delivery. Raw project files, source recordings, and production assets are retained by Wasaz Media solely for the purpose of accommodating future update requests by the client. These materials will not be used for any other purpose. Wasaz Media will never publish, share, or use your videos or project materials publicly under any circumstances.


8. Confidentiality

All client materials — including software access, internal workflows, credentials, and business processes — are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share any client information or project materials with third parties. An NDA can be signed upon request before project commencement.


9. Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after significant production work has been completed, Wasaz Media reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the point of cancellation, proportional to the total project fee.


10. Limitation of Liability

Wasaz Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered video content. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.


11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
